We
at Worsley Road are a local church of the United Reformed
Church - where people of all ages are welcome. You can experience
friendship, fellowship and acceptance as we grow together
in our love and commitment to Jesus Christ. Our aim is to
continue to provide a Christian presence, witness and service
in our local community here in Swinton.
We
are an ecumenical church, committed to the unity of all Christians
in mission and service. Our church is located in Swinton,
on the corner of Houghton Lane and Worsley Road. We're just
five miles North West of Manchester City Centre and close
to the M60 motorway and East Lancashire Road (A580).
We are delighted that the brand new multi-purpose worship and
community centre is now up and running with the opening celebrations taking place this weekend, 27-28th October 2007.
